Consultations of marketing strategy in web 2.0 age

The consulting process is delivered in order to find out the unexplored opportunities of your company and to fix existing marketing flaws in your business strategy. It also includes strategic steps how to act in social media and everywhere else in the new web 2.0 age.
As usual, a successful consulting process consists of the following steps:
- The initial phone call or e-mail interview, discussing current problems and possible dangers if no actions taken or no changes occur. This step may be repeated once or twice more depending on the situation. After this initial session a general feeling about the situation appears, then future steps may be acquired and next actions decided. This initial consulting process gives the client the real feeling about the value of Linas consulting and his ability to inspire changes in the existing situation.
- Further consulting includes a 1-2 days workshop for the company's CEO and the management team. First day - strategy session - the general knowledge about web 2.0. When understanding about web 2.0 occurs, the strategy, the right direction of company's actions, will be found. Next day – the brainstorming session, focusing on the question "what to do". Then, if needed, 2-3 days workshop with the same people and staff implementing the ideas, focusing on the question "how to do it". If 3 or more days are chosen, the real prototype of actions can be created on site.
- After 3-6 months or so additional consulting session might be needed on site reviewing the results and seeking ways to improve them if necessary.
The consultation not only helps you to create the plan of actions, it also helps you to change your thinking. Correct thinking already is half of the entire work that can be done by the company.
